Charlotte summers are long and humid, so HVAC and dehumidification matter more than they do further north. Spring and summer bring strong storms, and the mature trees in the older neighborhoods need an arborist's eye before storm season. On Lake Norman, the dock, the lift, and the lake level follow a seasonal calendar of their own.
None of it is difficult with the right schedule. It is simply new if you have not owned a home here before, and it is exactly the kind of thing I take off your plate.

How soon can you start?
Usually within a few weeks of the first conversation. The earlier the better, ideally around closing, so vendors and systems are set up before you move in.
Can you work with our relocation company or agent?
Yes. I am happy to coordinate with your agent, relocation firm, or movers so the home is ready when you arrive.
Do you look after Lake Norman homes too?
Yes. I am based at Lake Norman and work with homes on the lake and in Charlotte, including boats, docks, and lifts.
Who do we contract with?
Your agreement is with Alerion Estate Management, which is insured. I am your point of contact from the first call.
